Joe is joined by chef/owner Nick Iannuccilli and his brother Gian Carlo from the open kitchen of the Florentine Grille for some Italian recipe tips and to prepare a traditional Italian classic of Orrechiette, Rabe and Sausage.   Joe also previews Stardust the new club opening at the Florentine in late September. Private party and catering capabilities at both fine restaurants are discussed as well as the exciting news that Gian Carlo’s was voted a Best of Rhode Island Monthly winner for Italian restaurants in Blackstone valley.
